Szechuan Style Beef Rice Noodle Soup - Ruiji Szechuan Restaurant

I love this Chinese style rice noodle(米線 Mǐ xiàn). It looks like spaghetti, but this Chinese style rice noodle is made with rice flour, not wheat flour. The stewed beef in the spicy soup is so very tasty. As a huge fan of Japanese ramen, I've read that China is the origin of Japanese ramen. Looking at ramen as Japanese's rendition of China's noodle soup, I'm always eager to try out the Chinese noodle soups whenever I see them, just to see how the originals of all ramen taste like. And they always taste different, depending on what Chinese restaurant I order them from. This Szechuan style spicy noodle soup from this Chinese restaurant is one of my most favorite noodle soups as of now because it has all the tasty veggies I love, like green onions, cilantro and bok choy, in addition to the tasty stewed beef. I have a medium level of heat tolerance, so the heat in this spicy broth is right for me. I also love spicy food, and I found the spiciness of this noodle soup to be just perfect. Again, I took home the broth because, I like to add my own rice noodles and Trader Joe's frozen cilantro wontons to make another round of meal.
P.S. The spaghettic look alike rice noodle is one of the noodle options for this soup, which has to be specified with the waiter, or the restaurant will give the regular shaved noodle, which I have no idea what it's like since I haven't tried it out.
